Valve has registered a TikTok account for CS:GO. It has been certified by TikTok.
At present, the account has not released any short videos. It’s unclear what Valve will post on CSGO’s TikTok account.
This isn’t the first unusual move by Valve. Valve employees also tweeted updated profile banners, which hadn’t changed in years. Fans believe that Valve is preparing to port CSGO to the source 2 engine. According to rumors, they also plan to ditch the classic team names, Counter-Strike and Terrorist.
In February 2023, CSGO games broke the simultaneous online record on Steam three times. There were 1,349,390 people in the game at the time. Prior to this achievement, the record had not been broken since 2020.
