CS:GO analyst Jacob Pimp Vinneche spoke about rumors about possible changes in the composition of Natus Vincere . On Twitter, he speculated about the reasons why the team could refuse to cooperate with coach Andrei B1ad3 Gorodensky.

“I’m not against npl leaving NAVI. He gave his best, but he’s not ready yet. Maybe in the future he will succeed, who knows?
The exclusion of B1ad3 from the roster would not make any sense in my opinion. There aren’t many coaches in the pro scene to build a team around, and B1ad3 is definitely one of them.
I can easily name ten teams in the top 30 that should sign a good coach or other support staff before renewing their star players. A successful team is primarily a team, not individual players. At least at the highest level.
However, s1mple can be called an exception to this rule. If for some reason he doesn’t want to continue with B1ad3, I understand why the priorities might have changed. However, personally, watching from the sidelines, I do not see a situation in which s1mple would not want to continue to cooperate with B1ad3.
If this is due to B1ad3 choosing and believing in npl, I would argue that s1mple overreacted. Taking npl into the team was a bad decision, as well as leaving electroNic in the captain position, in my opinion. On the other hand, given the current situation in the world, NAVI may simply have no other options.
