Danish coach “Zonic” has not yet renewed his contract with the CSGO lineup of Team Vitality. An insider, harumi, leaked in his private Telegram channel that “Zonic’s contract will end by the end of 2023, and there are currently disagreements between both parties regarding the terms of the new contract.”
Zonic joined Team Vitality at the beginning of 2022, and under his guidance, they won the 2023 BLAST.TV Paris MAJOR championship, which was the last MAJOR event in CS:GO history. This victory marked Zonic’s fifth MAJOR championship. Previously, Zonic was not listed in the Gamers8 2023 roster, and his absence was due to personal reasons. Currently, Zonic is leading Team Vitality’s participation in the ESL Pro League Season 18 competition, with the team securing first place in Group A and advancing to the quarter-finals of this event.
