Fr0est and NEO, two legendary players from the early days of CS:GO, have recently teamed up with GeT_RiGhT, friberg, and Lekr0 to participate in the European qualifiers for Gamer8 2023.
The European qualifiers for Gamer8 adopted a single-elimination format, with BO1 matches in the initial stages. This led to early eliminations for top-tier teams like Astralis and OG. Unfortunately, the team formed by f0rest and NEO, known as Boomer Demons, also suffered an early exit in the first round, losing with a score of 12:16 against the British team Viperio.
A few months ago, this group of veterans also joined forces for the qualifying rounds of IEM Brazil, with NEO replacing olofmeister in the lineup.
